The hotel in Shanghai is a top choice. the staff at the hotel are excellent and friendly, providing great service. - the hotel is conveniently located near a metro station. - the surrounding area is very quiet.

Air conditioned rooms and welcoming and courteous staff in their services and gestures. Exceptionally comfortable bed, air conditioning, a balcony, and free wireless internet in the room.

Marvellous and lovely location very close to the metro station and subway line 1, walking distance to bars and restaurants. Nearby The Park Tavern - great place to chill out. The room was extremely spacious, and we were provided with comfy chair, the balcony plus a large window.

Beds were pretty firm.

The breakfast here is fantastic, offering a wide range of Western and Western-style food, and the location is very central.

-Very slow wi-fi internet in the lobby and cable in the room. -Breakfast is ok for a 3* hotel, not a 4* like Picardie. -English of the people on the reception was not so fluent as it should be. -You should always check all the bills and invoices, cause it is normal that you are charged more then should be in Shanghai. -Very high prices in the cafes nearby. In the center restraunts and bars are cheaper

Very new and clean , very close to airport. They also offer the shuttle bus to the airport.

I got great value for my money at this hotel. The room was spacious and the bed was so comfortable that I slept like a log! The location was perfect, with beautiful nearby parks and easy access to the underground railway. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay.

The hotel breakfast menu could use a little improvement.

Many staffs can speak English. Their English is not fluent but communication is no problem. Internet is free. The speed is acceptable. It's better you go to breakfast at early time. If not, breakfast is less.

Great location near the western part of the city, with a subway station nearby and a nice neighborhood with an old European touch. The room was spacious with a comfortable bed, and the bathroom was clean. The rainforest shower didn't work properly, but overall, a good stay.

services were good including reception desk, front door man, people worked in restaurent and house keeper.
